An event every week that begins at 11:15 am on Tuesday and Friday, repeating until February 6, 2024
This class is for men and women who want to live a more active life. Reverse the normal aging process due to the loss of muscle and bone density by increasing strength using hand weights. Increase stamina and flexibility to make everyday activities more enjoyable. Improve balance with a series of exercises that, if needed, can include the use of a chair and wall to help support you while you exercise and increase your strength. Strengthen the belly and back muscles with core exercises (performed in a chair).
