Join us for a conversation on Monday, December 9^th, at 2:00 P.M. about Hospice philosophy and services presented by a Hospice Liaison for Norwell Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice.

 After a brief presentation sorting through the facts and myths of Hospice care, we will open the floor for discussion. This is an opportunity to learn the basics about your many choices and to find support, if you are struggling to have a dialogue about end of life issues with your health care providers or loved ones. Suzette will discuss the topic of grief around the holidays. The forum will be informal and questions are encouraged.
