Join us for a free, one-time Easy Chair Yoga and Strength Training class on Monday, May 6th, at 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M. in the East Wing Lounge. The exercise session will be led by the students in the Exercise Science & Personal Training program at Quincy College. They are enrolled in a class called, “Youth and Senior Fitness.” Throughout the semester, students learned physiological changes, recommended physical activity guidelines, and appropriate exercises for older adults. Students will incorporate fun and relaxing exercises for the exercise session, specifically, strength training using resistance bands and chair-yoga.
This FREE, ONE-TIME CLASS is for Residents and Center Members only.
