Nutrition Education Class

SNAP NUTRITION EDUCATION for Senior Citizens will be presented on 3 consecutive Thursdays, August 9^th, August 16^th, and August 23^rd at 10:00 A.M. in Classroom One. 

In these lectures, we discuss topics such as MyPlate, portion control, and understanding food labels, etc.  A short survey is given at the first and third class.  A prize is given at the end of each class to all who attend.
