Join us for a unique music therapy class on Friday, August 23rd at 2:00 PM in the Activity Room. A certified Music Therapist will lead the session, helping you to discover new ways to express yourself, connect with peers, and take a break from your busy schedule while getting creative. Not only will you have fun, but you will also learn about the effects of music on the mind and body.
