Moderate Chair Yoga

An event every week that begins at 12:15 pm on Tuesday, repeating until February 6, 2024
Moderate Yoga is slightly more challenging than easy chair yoga. As always, all students are encouraged to go at their own pace. A bit more strenuous series balancing, flexibility and strength, yoga breathing exercises to help improve lung capacity, improve concentration with calming mindfulness meditation. As with all classes, everyone is encouraged to only do what they can manage and rest when needed.
