Computer Class Open House & Registration

A special Q & A session/Open House will be open to all Residents and Center Members.  The Open House will be Tuesday, August 6^th, at 10:00 A.M. to 12 Noon in CR4, the computer lab, in the East Wing.  Refreshments will be provided. 

All of the teaching team will be in attendance to help answer any & all questions about our classes. Some of the newer handheld, home accessory, and Mobile devices will be on display so you can see the variety of topics that are covered in class.  All Residents & Center Members are welcome to learn about the classes and register for the series. 

COMPUTER CLASS REGISTRATION

Registration for the next 10-week computer session will be held during the Open House. The new computer session begins on Monday, August 19^th. Each weekly class is 90 minutes long and there are different levels of training available.

BEGINNERS (Intro to Computers, operating systems, keyboards, and other basics);

INTERMEDIATE 1 ( Internet and Email);

INTERMEDIATE 2 (Word and Excel);

Intro to E-Readers and Tablets;

“INTRO to IPAD”

ADVANCED (for those who have completed Beginner or Intermediate morning programs).

A limited amount of students are able to bring their own laptop for classes.  Please let us know at registration if you plan to bring your own laptop.  All Residents and Center Members are welcome to register.

Beginner and Intermediate classes are $10 and the Advanced Classes are $20 for the 10-week computer session.
