Join us for a “virtual beekeeping session” on Thursday, May 19th at 2:00 PM in the South Wing Auditorium. The 45-minute presentation will be led by Beekeeper, Blair Conley. This informative presentation will cover the following topics:

• The Best Bees Company
• An overview of the honeybee and why they are so vital
• What exactly is a beehive and the tools of a beekeeper
• What happens in the hive (Queen bees to workers bees, surviving winter etc.)
• How bees make honey and how we extract some of it
