Start the new year with a moment of peace and reflection by joining 1000 SASC and Penny King, M.P.H., Mindfulness Teacher, for a special 4-week meditation series. This program will explore mindfulness and meditation, offering a chance to reflect on New Year’s resolutions, embrace wintery feelings, and practice gratitude.
Take a break from the winter chill and enjoy these heartwarming sessions, designed to bring calm and positivity during the season. The series will meet on Fridays, January 10, 17, and 24, with the final session on Thursday, January 30, all in Classroom One.
Come for a soothing experience and leave with tools to carry mindfulness and peace into the rest of your winter and beyond. We hope to see you there!
