Author, Jeannette Scales, Presents an Historic Talk

Please join us in Classroom One to welcome local author Jeanette Scales as she discusses her books, “Boxes”, “Maria”, and “Caged”. Each book of the historical fiction trilogy can stand alone, but together they explore the adventures of a Massachusetts family who encounter a German Saboteur in WWII, test a draconian Massachusetts law in 1964, and face a wrongful imprisonment for murder in Tuscany, Italy in ’65. Jeanette will talk about her research, particularly of the historical aspects of “Boxes”, and about her writing experience.
